Lean UX
WHAT IS LEAN UX?
The goal of Lean UX is to produce a minimum viable product and push it out to the market as rapidly as possible.
This process may include getting the core product out first in order to establish if there’s a viable market demand, and then build a full in a managed phases to secure the preset outcome.
SKILLS APPLIED:
Rapid Prototyping
WHY RAPID PROTOTYPING?
Rapid Prototyping is an effective technique to gather feedback addressing the outcome of the design presented. It allows to quantify users’ needs and test usability.
Early identification of the issues with UX, ID, UI and usability greatly speeds-up the process of gaining the desired outcome.
SKILLS APPLIED:
Brand Communication
WHAT IS BRANDING?
Branding is defined as the expression of the essential values of an organization, product, or service.
Consistent branding yields a strong brand equity and enhances its perceived value through emotional attachment.

WHY CODE DEVELOPMENT?
Understanding codes allows for a better overall comprehension of the scenario and enables me to provide high-quality performances in Rapid Prototyping. My degree in Information Technology focused on Human – Machine Interaction Design supported and enhanced my passion for Web-Based coding: it is flexible, pervasive, with lots of technology triggers and it is strictly related to people.

TESTIMONIALS
Serena is a motivated colleague, who timely and successfully accomplished all tasks assigned to her. Her duties have extended well beyond the “corporate image” field: from art direction (e.g., website theme design and development, promotional video production) to concept development (she has been involved in the design of a concept for a prototype in the automotive sector). I definitely recommend Serena for roles involving creativity and image management
Serena is a quick learner and worker. Her knowledge of both programming and graphic development are seldom seen and are a valuable resource for any studio which need them both. She can easily be inserted as link between the 2 development groups in order to gain speed for data and info exchanges between the two, often separate, worlds.
Definitely a hard worker. Best wishes for your working future!
I was lucky to have Serena among my co-workers in 2010. She was responsible for the development of a very complex project that required extreme competence in the computer field and required great creative abilities.
She is also able to work both in a team and autonomously. For the sense of reliability that she demonstrated we think that we will avail ourselves of her expertise in the future.
